How big is the studio?  

The studio is 800 square feet and comfortably fits 20 people. There’s also an outdoor patio and garden available to enjoy.

Are animals allowed in the studio? 

As much as we love pets, no animals are allowed in the studio space. 

How do I access the studio? 

You will receive a digital access code to the studio 24 hours before your booking.

Is there wifi at the studio? 

Yes! 

Can I bring my own props and backdrops to the studio? 

Yes! You may bring your own props and backdrops to the studio, but you are responsible for setting up and tearing down. All props and backdrops must be removed from the studio after your booking. 

is food and drink allowed in the studio? 

Yes! Core City is home to some great small businesses like the Detroit Institue of Bagels, Prince Coffee, BARDA Detroit, and other amazing restaurants if you wish to pick up food nearby! There’s also a kitchenette with a sink and stove for you to use as you wish. 

Which direction do the studio windows face? 

north and south.

I’m hosting an event at the studio. Are tables and chairs available to rent for my event? 

At this time we do not offer furniture rentals. you are responsible for acquiring your own table and chairs for any events hosted at the studio. Please remember the studio comfortably fits 20 people and to factor in setup and teardown time into your event rental.  

What is the cancellation and reschedule policy? 

Studio and event bookings are non-refundable, but we do allow all bookings to be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance.

Will anyone else be at the studio during my reserved time? 

No. The studio is yours for the allotted time. Day-of contact details will be provided to you after booking in case you need assistance during your time at the studio.

There is parking available directly in front of the studio in the lot.
